Once again welcome back to our blog! I hope you’re having a great weekend. Today we will be concluding our little journey of self discovery. Before we do that, I had to write a message for all of you. So here we go.

We started the blog around two months ago and I was really excited to finally do something new. Everybody’s exams were approaching, and hence our work at Eleos was going really slow. We were trying to keep the accounts active with some content that will provide small doses of motivation to our followers. That’s when we came up with the idea of the blog. People could not attend our sessions due to exams and we realized that they needed some support or inspiration in some way. So we decided to start our very own blog ‘Aaina’.

The main aim of our blog was to create awareness about various topics and inspire people to reflect on their actions and thoughts to understand themselves better. Due to the pandemic, everyone has been confined to their homes. But this also provides an opportunity for Self Work, which is very much needed for every individual whether he/she is young or old. There is always some learning in the smallest of things, and if you are aware and mindful, you can manage to get the most out of every moment you live.

I had a personal blog a few years ago and did not receive a very good response. I was skeptical before we started this one too. But I decided that I won’t be concentrating on the views or the comments we get on the blog. I had made a promise to myself to give my best without thinking about what response we would get. The quality and the amount of work on every post should not change whether we get 10 views or 10,000. I think we were quite successful in providing a good quality of content, and I hope you feel the same too. I have written every post with all my heart and love without holding anything back.

Those of you who have been reading every post consistently and who have done the activities might have noticed some differences. If you haven’t, then keep trying. I’m sure you will. There are so many things that you have to know about and there are so many that I have to learn. Like I said before, there is always something new to learn everyday. You can never know everything. The magic is in the little things. If you, manage to keep your eyes open and maintain that child-like curiosity in your mind and your heart, you will definitely wake up everyday with happiness which enriches your life.

Of course, everyday cannot be the same. Some will be harder than others. But if you are aware and manage to learn from that situation and adapt, those challenges will become a lot more fun. You’ll be preparing yourself for harder challenges. It’s like going to the next level of the video game. There’s always a door open in the hardest of times. Find that door. Train your body and your mind to embrace your life. But to embrace what’s without, you first have to embrace what’s within.

That’s where all the work we did comes in. When you know yourself, you can prepare yourself in the right way. What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? What do you like? What do you don’t like? These questions sound simple and stupid. You might answer them very quickly too. But when you get their deeper meaning, you’ll notice the weight of these questions. They will ultimately help you decide everything that goes on in your life. The stream you select, the career that you choose, the marks that you get, the relationships that you build and maintain, the life partner that you are with, literally everything. If they are affecting your life on such a huge scale, isn’t it important to understand them?

Our blog helps you to answer these questions on a very subtle level. But it will also help you to reach the deeper meanings and explore. So if you have missed any activity or post, I suggest you go back and read it. Do the activities honestly. I’m sure they will help you.

Keep exploring and keep learning. Its a never ending process. We will be posting occasionally on the blog from now on, but we will always stay in touch.
