In June 2025, we did a similar Listening Circle Experience for over 30 educators at VHS.
DPS Hinjewadi, Pune
In June 2025, we held our first Compassionate Educator Training and held space for over 60 educators at DPS Hinjewadi through a Listening Circle experience and workshop. In a world that moves fast, it was beautiful to pause, connect, and rediscover the power of listening, not to reply, but to understand.

In May 2025, we facilitated an interactive workshop about Building a Brilliant Future and its Action Plann for 65+ educators from all over India participating in the Education Today, Society Tomorrow conference at Asia Plateau.
Collaboration with Aavya, Pune
In February 2025, we collaborated with Aavya to facilitate a workshop about Self Discovery for students from a local govt. school.
Kaveri International School, Pune
In December 2024, we facilitated a workshop about Self Discovery for students who are a part of Kaveri’s Gifted Education Program.
ETST November 2024, Panchgani
In November 2024, in our coolest collaboration for this year, we facilitated an interactive workshop about Building Compassionate Relationships for 65+ educators from all over India participating in the Education Today, Society Tomorrow conference at Asia Plateau. Our workshop got a rating of 4.6 out of 5!
Vidyanchal High School, Pune
In October 2024, we revisited our friends at Vidyanchal High School, this time for a workshop with the entire batch of 8th and 9th Graders about Stress Management and Emotional Intelligence.
SDGG College, Shikrapur
In October 2024, we yet again facilitated an interactive workshop about Crafting your Personal Brand at the SDGG College. The students being from a rural background, got to explore a completely new concept and had fun!

In September 2024, we facilitated an interactive workshop about Crafting your Personal Brand with Purpose at the Student Leadership Conference 2024 at Asia Plateau, Panchgani. 85 students from 20+ schools across Pune attended.

In November 2023, in collaboration with FPACL for the YCC Global Movement, we began our Action Learning Project Module for a joint-school project with Pragnya Bodhini High School, Mumbai and DPS, Patiala.

In November 2023, in collaboration with FPACL for the YCC Global Movement, we facilitated a Listening Circle for an international joint-school project with The Millenium School, Noida and Jamshed Memorial School, Karachi.
Kaveri Gifted Centre @ KSJC
In October 2023, we facilitated a workshop about “Safe Spaces and Compassionate Communication Tools” for Gifted Students from Dr. Kalmadi Shamrao Junior College.
Student Leadership Conference 2023
In September 2023, we were the part of the team facilitating Listening Circles at the Student Leadership Conference 2023 for 100+ students.
Versatile School, Pune
In March 2023, we conducted a Pilot Session for students from grade 7th and 8th for the Eleos Leadership Program.

We successfully completed the Eleos Leadership Program with our first batch of CHANGEMAKERS at Vidyanchal High School in February 2023!
Kaveri Gifted Centre @ KHS
In October and November 2022, in Collaboration with Kaveri’s Gifted Education Centre, we facilitated workshops about Empathy and Perspective Taking for “gifted” students from KHS Baner and Ganeshnagar.

We were a part of the team facilitating a workshop about Emotional Intelligence at the Student Leadership Conference at Lohegaon in September 2022. Students from over 30 schools across various states!
Dr. Kalmadi Shamrao High School (KHS)
Team Eleos organized our Community Circles program in October 2021 for the students of Dr. Kalmadi Shamrao High School. This program created a “Safe Space” for students and aimed at developing their Emotional Intelligence.
Dr. Kalmadi Shamrao Junior College (KSJC)
We specially arranged a session in September 2021 about Efficient Leadership through Community Building for the students of Kalam Centre at KSJC. The session aimed at exploring how teamwork and time management can help you become an efficient leader.
Khaitan Public School and Hosur Public School
As a part of the SCC Movement, we brought together these two schools from Delhi and Tamil Nadu! Eleos facilitated Interactions and Workshops for the Young Leaders from these schools.
These workshops focused on making theses kids Compassionate and Efficient Leaders.

Collaborations with International Organizations!
Foundation for Peace and Compassionate Leadership (FPACL)
The Eleos Project is one of the proud Collaborators in the Youth Collaborating for Compassion Global Movement. The YCC movement aims at developing young Peace Pioneers from Schools and Colleges across the world. Eleos organizes Interactive Workshops for these students and supports them to become Future Leaders.
One Wholesome World
We collaborated with One Wholesome World to facilitate a session about Compassion for Conscious Conversations, an initiative to arrange intercultural interactions across the world.
