Hello guys I’m Ninad. Today I’m feeling a huge amount of happiness to present before you, our new initiative, ‘Aaina‘ The Blog. Now you must be wondering about the reason for this simple yet unique name and the reason behind starting this blog. Allow me to enlighten you.
Our organization has always been interested in the values of Compassion, Empathy, Universal Love, Support and so on. Normally people think that these values only can be directed outwards, to others. Of course they can be, and if done with your heart, these simple values can bring wonderful and fulfilling changes into your life. But I also strongly believe that these can be directed inwards too. You might have seen people who are so dedicated to work for others, that they often forget about themselves in the process. Sometimes the effects of this are clearly visible. On the other hand you also might have seen people who are so self centered, that they forget about everyone around them. In both of these examples, you will see that these people are lacking one thing. Balance.
Balance is extremely important in our life. Look around you, and you’ll see that there are completely opposite forces in this world that are working together. The Good and the Bad, the North and the South, the light and the darkness and so on. Sometimes one side may be more noticeable, but the other side is always doing its work in the silence. More on that later. Just like the world outside, there is a world within ourselves. Its as interesting as the one outside, and is waiting to be discovered by you. It has wisdom and secrets that only you have the power to discover. This world has opposites too. There is light and there is darkness, there is the positive and the negative. And that’s completely natural. Without them our life is incomplete.
But why is it important to discover this world? Because, its your world. And unless you connect with it fully, you will never be able to make real connections with others. Every person out there has a world within. Do you ever wonder why your friendships and relationships feel incomplete? Do you ever feel that even after waiting for something for a long time, that thing does not give you real happiness? If yes, then consider this as your calling.
“Life is a journey. Not a destination”
RALPH WALDO EMERSON
This journey has so much to teach you. But that will happen only if you wish to learn. If you keep looking for happiness at the checkpoints of life, or if you’re obsessed with reaching your destination, you’re missing the point. Happiness is there all along the way. You just need to be brave enough to find it in the most difficult situations. Because every problem is an opportunity that just hasn’t presented itself.
So this blog is here to help you find yourself, and take you on a reflective journey. To help you see yourself as who you are and understand the knowledge hidden deep within you. And hence the name, ‘Aaina‘. This is an opportunity for you if you really wish to be on this journey with me. Otherwise I think, you wouldn’t even have read the post till this point.
Discovering this inner world will bring balance into your life, like we talked before. This doesn’t mean being selfish. Actually when you really do all the things that we’re going to do, you’ll feel a lot more connected to others. That’s the beauty of it. This will take you to a point where you will be united with all the worlds surrounding you, and there will be no ‘Me’ and ‘Them’. It will transform to ‘Us’.
So if you’re excited to start this journey, please subscribe to our Blog for weekly posts! I’m attaching the link to a small poem below, which is related to the topic we discussed today. Feel free to reach out to us if you have anything to say! I wish you a Happy Journey!
Love, Ninad.
